Almost everyone has lost their access and actual tests refuses to recognize their OWN invoices as a means of proof of purchase
Following is the complete transaction between me (a paid life-time subscription holder) and actual tests. I use the pdf of certifications to attempt to further my knowledge and when I come across a question I don’t know or understand; I add that to the list. This is in conjunction with many other tools in use. The point is – Actual Tests does not honor their promises at all and refuses to engage.
They cannot even leverage their own billing information for verification. I don’t have the information anymore, I’ve cleaned out my email account when it got too large and believe I did so without being as cautious as I should have been but still, it’s a little ridiculous when a company is this obviously fake. Also, I was able to forward to them the same invoices that they have on their site but they can’t use them either.
I'm a PAID unlimited lifetime subscriber for a while but they terminated my access for unknown reason.We have exchanges heated emails & i even attached a PDF file to show that i downloaded it 2 months ago.
They said that they will not honor that & they don't have a record of me as a paid client. I explained to them that i paid for the lifetime access & i can login to their site for years and i had download access for years, until they removed the download access. That makes them THIEF. They're unwilling to return my access back & they stopped responding to emails.
They don't have a phone number & they are rude & unprofessional on answering emails. I gave them my name & all information so they can search their paid customers database/record but they said they don't have that records. Do not subscribe to these THIEVES.
They will not honor the agreement & will terminate your access for no reason. ACTUALTESTS.com is a SCAMMER & a THIEF.
I purchased an item on line that was originally 268.00 with a 20% discount. When I hit entered the discount was not aplied. I contacted the company immediatley and requested a full refund and was still charged for the merchandise.
