I ordered and paid $300 a month, 900 per quarter and they gladly took my credit card and charged it.
When I started using the software I noticed I had a limited number of downloads, only 300. I contacted Mary and she said that was the agreement. I told her the test had unlimited downloads and you specifically told me that would be included if I purchased the premium version, couple days later they allowed me to have up to 2500 downloads (saying they wanted to keep me happy after I wanted to cancel) which is still not the unlimited data tested version had but I wanted to see how this can help my business.
Then yesterday I'm checking addresses outside of my regional area, and it's not coming up. I emailed Mary again and she told me that's not part of your deal, that costs more.
The test had everything and they told me that was part of the premium version, they are very sneaky and they come off as very family, cozy type. They are nothing but snakes
I asked to cancel the service and they refused.
