Ordered a trial of CBD oil. Specifically said I did not want automatic refills. Assured that would not happen. Received refil in mail. Tried to return it. I completed my trial purchase for the 5.00 which the product does not work in October 2018. I did not order any more nor did I authorize any more product of the 250 mg Active Hemp CBD oil. I receive a notice in January 2019 the company had charged the 75.00 to my card and sent a new bottle of product to me which was damaged during the shipment.
If trying to return you cannot find a return address very easily nor a phone numnber. The directions when found will tell you to send them an email only and return the product at your cost to them within thirty days and they will return the cost of the product but not the shipping or handling expenses which is ridiculous since it was a not authorized purchase to begin with.
Also the shipment comes from Florida but they want it shipped to Colorado.
Ordered product on a Free Trial, just pay for shipping.
There is NO INFORMATION on their website anywhere to illude that you are going to be charged over 70.00 a month thereafter.
Called company to be sure there wasn't anything I signed up for and sure enough! I was informed I could send the product back after I wait 2 days for an RMA once the higher ups approved of it. I had to CALL BACK to get the RMA # after 2 days.
Then, send the product back and call back again after they receive it and see if they had CHARGED me a 15% restocking fee of the full price product which is 70.00.
OR...I could pay a one time fee at 50% off and cancel today and no further committment.
I just had them charge the card to be done with them. 35.00!! Their product is awful and tastes like peppermint oil is mixed in with it.
Nothing like Real CBD Oil. Also, their product is ridiculously expensive comparatively.
Everything negative said about this Company is the truth. Why do they give a phone number to call... they DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE, EVER!!! They don't have to talk to me, I made the problem STOP without their help, it's DONE... BEWARE
