Action Pro White, LLC. Reviews
I purchased a teeth-whitening product which I decided not to use. I arranged to send it back to the address in Nevada, via a CSO working for the company, and was informed that I would get a refund. I put a code on the return package, i.e. RMA 11-558013. When I did not get a refund I contacted the company who did not acknowledge the RMA no I was given and said, more or less, that it did not exist and I did not receive a refund. I went to all the trouble of returning the package and paying for the postage and then did not get my money back, even though I was told I would.
I ordered a trial packet from Action Pro White. They gave my information to Bella At Home. They both used my card which caused me a loss of $509.50 from my bank account. If anyone knows of a class action lawsuit I can join, I'm definitely in.
Paid for free sample then they billed my card 93.00 dollars argue to get my money back had to settle for 60 percent
I applied for a "free sample", for which I had to pay oostage.
I gave my credit card number
When the "free sample" arrived, it had a second invoiced portion wirh it. When I checked my bank account I had been charged for the second supply
I contacted the company, cancelled my order andreceived a return (RMA)number and account cancellation confirmation
I posted this backwith the RMA number attached
A few days later I received a new package with a months supply, and found I had been charged $130.10 to my credit card
I contacted the company again and requested a new RMA number for the second pack, and the refund of the $5.50 for the first unordered product and $130.10 for the second, plus the cost of returning the two packages, $23.72 each
I am now waiting for an RMA number to send back the second package
I recieved this product as a trial. after recieving only 4 days they charged me 92.00. I did not agree on anything more than a trial. Called company ask for supervisor or legal dept. they keep hanging up on me.,
They are a ripoff "action pro white(Blizzard)". They tell you one thing about the free trial but yet they charge your account for hundreds of dollars unauthorized and keep sending the same packages that I didn't order or authorize. The money that was took from me was my whole work check I was using to start my savings toward kids needs etc;I should be totally compensated,as well as others in my situation.
Action Pro White internet Con act
Is probably Covering their ***** with legal mumbo jumbo
I ordered Free teeth whitener from 2 companies from same company
That was the first clue.
Then I received 2 packages from same company.
They charged: 2 X $1.03
2X $3.87
1X $94.31
I went to my bank and they cancelled or initiated provisional credit
to me after 10 days awaiting their trying to seek response from company which God help them in getting results!
My phone call to company was very stressful and Asian Woman was very condescending
and I guess it was well rehearsed as she was an excellent con act as she spoke in circular
responses....saying she could not refund but 60 % of the 94.31 as I was too late (NOT TEN DAYS). I sent the unopened products back, cancelled my bank card, mand will rely on the bank.
This company apparently is well versed in legaliese none of which is honorable and none of which
is from a real customer satisfactory base.
They are out to get millions from us stupid Americans that expect excellence in our companies we order from.
Unfortunately Better Business Bureau is inept in dealing with companies like this!
Lots of time spent and disbelief at this scam/Ripoff
Although these things will happen... consumer beware!
They get you to order the cheap sample to get your credit card details, then send more product and charge more than $90 without your approval. Criminal deceptive practices and abuse of credit card information.
Apparently Action Pro White must be used with Smile Pro Direct so I ordered both trial products for whitening the teeth. Six days later Smile Pro charged me $94 for which I could not get anyone to answer my calls.
So I called Action Pro. The person who answered sounded either quite bored or depressed. She dispatched me to another dept. and I was told they were about to charge me but would cancel my order. Fine.
However, I was also told they expected me to return the product unless I didn't want the hassle of packaging it up and going to the post office. At which point, all I had to do was pay an additional $9.41 to avoid the hassle. I did.
I even told him I would probably file a consumer's report.
