I went to action Chevy to get my car fix because they said something was wrong with the computer the brain it self so I told them to fix and they charge me 1200 and I now still have the same problem
I brought my BRAND NEW 2015 2500HD Silverado (9,000 miles) in for an oil change and to have the squeaking brakes fixed. I got a phone call that it had fallen off the lift, but not to worry there was "minimal damage". I picked the truck up, the entire passenger's side undercarriage, box and rocker panel are damaged, the front passenger door did not shut properly, the driver's side had damage to the under body as well as large scratches down the sides and a broken tail light. When we brought this to the "service manager's" attention he denied that all of the damage had been done at the shop. I have repeatedly requested their insurance information, which they refuse to provide. This happened in August, and each time I speak to them about repairing the truck the only response that I get is "You really shouldn't go through insurance, it is going to show up on a CarFax when you go to resell it". My response to them is "So you want me to sell a vehicle that knowingly has extensive damage without telling the buyer?". I am appalled by the way the entire matter has been handled and I will NEVER use them again. And my truck is still not fixed.....

Their service department is horrible. Rip off department manager and inexperienced mechanics. A fool and his money will soon part with these guys.
They Dropped My Truck Off a Lift.
