The email contained a case number, settlement amount, and plenty of threats. I never had a loan with this company, and have no idea why they are harrassing me. The email basically explains that if I don't pay $390.00 within 48 hours, I will have charges brought against me. Then it proceeds to threaten me with a lawsuit, and claims that the FBI, and IC3 is also investigating me.
I know better, and would like this email address investigated, and the only criminal charges that should be filed are against these scam artists. I'm tired of receiving these emails.

I recieved the following email and I didnt know where it came from or anything i gave them my number and asked me to call me to see what it was to resolve it they never called me but just kept sendining me emails saying if i didnt not pay then they would have a warrant out for my arrest
