Mr. Bouchard purchased a 35 acre lot in Walsenburg, CO in the Great Buffalo Ranch development. He started seeking funding to put a greenhouse up and drill a well. A group of investors from CA decided to form a joint venture with ACME GROWERS. Before they could even do business Mr. Bouchard had previous partners threatening to sue him if he did not pay out a sum of 50,000. The terms he offered the new partners were unrealistic at best. A return of %240 on their money is in the states eyes worse than a payday lender. The CA group agreed to use their constuction company to build the greenhouse and in addition paid for everything Mr. Bouchard needed in order to get his business going. He submitted all the permits and engineering without any experience as a general contractor. Now that he has come to the point where he needs to repay the group, instead he is now trying to sue them for not building the greenhouse right.
Mr. Bouchard has a string of debtors a mile long and no means to repay anyone. He refers to himself as a serial entrepreuer without realizing the negative conotation with that term. He is indeed someone that sells his big ideas to anyone that will invest, then he attaches an unrealistic value to his time and efforts that creates an unhealthy relationship to cash and a high burn rate as well.
ACME FARMS is currently seeking additional funds for the same reasons he has for three years, he spent it all. Do not do business with this man because as soon as he has a reason (and he will) you will be the next villian of his story with his litigious response to follow.
