There are fraudulent unauthorized charges on my account listed below. All of these merchants have been contacted and are aware of the fraudulent activity and none of the merchants have confirmation or transaction postings for the debited funds taken out of my account. All of the unauthorized charges were made without my approval including the achieve card to acheive card transfer performed to the suspect. I paid for two seperate cards that were closed due to the fraud and have disputed with achieve as well as the merchants that received a fraudlent payment from my account.
The fraudulent activty begain 09/08/2016 I contacted Achievecard about not having access to my account and not being able to login weeks prior to this incident. I was no longer getting the text replies about my balance for credits or debits. 09/19/2016 my school money was deposited into my account I was aware from an email and attempted to pay off bills.
When I went to pay a bill at Wells Fargo I was declined for the amount of 1350.00. I contacted Acheive and was told the last ten transactions. I disputed all that were not authorized canceld the card and was told I had to pay 9.99 for a new card I would get in 7-10 days without access to any funds or online info. I received the card 7 days later 09/26/2019 contacted CSR achieve card and was given instructions to set up a new login password. When I gained access my account was having money transfered to another account linked to my account that was never authorized. I accessed the main contact info in my account screen and discovered that the reason I was not getting updates about my account, was because it was going to an unauthorized number and an unauthorized email address. I immediatly erased the numbers and advised the csr rep with achieve and they canceled that card as well. Once again I had no access to my remaining funds or online login info and I told them to disable all computer info and 2day me a new card. They said they would try to reimburse that charge of 29.99. I received another card the following Wed and contacted achieve to go over all the disputes and unauthorizedcharges.
Currently it is going on two weeks and as it stands none of the two faxes (even though I have confirmation) has been received or any of the four emails (That state sent) have been received on all of the paper evidence of this fraudulent situation.Achieve continues to tell me everyday when I call in to check on the status that I should send it again, and that the disputes are still pending. I sent over 6 emails to [email protected] I was told one of the disputed transfers have been declined due to a duplicate dispute. I have a freeze fraud alert on all of my credit reports and I'm looking to file suit. I contacted the suspect and have transcripts of confession admitting to how my achieve card info was obtained and I'm sure I'm not the only person who had their card info stolen. Its a breech of contract according to your policies. I've disputed the issue over and owhich is what I was told and is listed on theire contract. I also faxed the paperwork to 512-590-7185 twice and over again and been told the dispute process can take up to 90 days.
The unauthorized merchants got back to me and advised the suspect had been using my card to pay off their accounts and that they would filing charges as well. I was able to get in contact with the suspect and he has contacted achieve card to let them know how he gained mine and several other peoples achieve card information through an ICQ chat room where he was given instructions on how to reset the account holders login information by redirecting it to his email address. I asked him how much of my information was available and accesable. He told me the 16 digit card number, exp date and contact email associated to the account. I'm still not sure that was the only info seen so all of my electronic banking accounts have been closed out. I figured that if this information was easyily obtainable that achievecard and bancorp would want to immediatly look into it's customer's secured safety. That is far from the case. I have filed police reports and fraudulent charges against the company and suspect and I'm still being treated like I'm not a priority because achievecard has yet to get on contact with me regarding this urgent matter, that seems like it can potentially harm the nature of their business. There is no telling how much money and how many other customers have been affected by this situation.
