I found charges on our bank account from this company. I contacted live chat customer service. They claim that they service hundreds of companies and someone using the IP address of the computer I was contacting them on signed up for one of their sites. They wanted me to give them a credit card number to tell me what site was subscribed to. I told them if you can identify that this IP address was the computer that did it you know what the site is. They than asked for other information but claim they can't locate anything I am going to have to dispute the charges and put in a stoppayment with the bank
