Bad equipment. Bad staff. Does not finish the job. Never calls back. Workers lazy. Never again. Ray seems friendly guy at first. But just does not show up as promised, and does half the job. Comes up with all kinds of excuses. Want my money back. Real bad experience!!
He trimmed and cut some trees and palms on my 5 acre lot just before storm Irma. Left a lot of debries on my yard, which i had to clean up all myself for the storm Irma. I had to fill up 3 dumpsters full myself which he has left behind, with a LOT of risk for damage during Irma storm.
I paid him 7000USD, because he looked trustworthy, and the first couple of days they worked pretty hard, and the day i gave him the cheque of 7000USD (stupid of me!) he came with lousy and lazy staff.
After Irma never cleaned up anything, never returned a call. Never showed up.
have over 300 palm trees and a lot of other. trees on my property, he had to do a lot more work on my property. His excuse was first: "have to wait till all is dry, because of flood on my property".
His equipment was old, and didn't have a chipper for all the wood, the mulch which could have been used on our yard.
The proof i have is a quote for all trees, and the cheque i wrote out for him.
