This school managed to get their name listed under schools that Texas workforce solution accepts to pay for education. I went and registerd for Netwroking Technician classes and here is what happened. At first they told me that school will be 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM Mon-Thurs so I adjusted my schedule for that. Then they said its 9:00 am to 12:00 am which complicated my daily life with kids and surgeries. I came to class for the first day and the settings of the class (class room environment, chairs, tables, pc , cleanliness, etc) was in a poor condition for a school that charges each person 6000 for 8 weeks. Even simple internet function to do the studies is not functioning properly or some programs missing like windows 8 etc. Books, its been the first week, and we didn't have the lab book, while other student don't have the actual book but the lab book instead. It's only me and him in the class since we are the last to find out it was badly reputed school.The class , instructer was doing two classes at the same time. The funny thing is that it's only one student , which he talks to him for an hour or so then comes and ask hey you guys read your book. If I don't youtube search this topic or watch videos thought online, I will be lost . On the curriculum the titles is advertised as networking technician on workforce solution. Based on what found out , it will not make you a networking technician .This is only CompTIA exam certification which any person can simply just buy the book and read it on his own without teacher. They even sell the videos online to study. The entire thing should roughly cost less than 500 including books and exam. So they took mine and other student state voucher and cash it for themselves. I attended 2 or 3 days and asked for refund or return of voucher which she refused. She also do vocational nursing which you can see nasty infected cpr dolls laying on table next to beaten up computers and fluides dripping. No health guideline are followed, cough and dust every where.
