I placed an order with this company for a Camera and there was supposed to be accessories included as the listing stated.
However there was no accessories shipped, only the camera body. After contacting the company i was advices that that they can refund me $150 for the missing parts, which was substantially less than the parts cost($720)
After contacting them again and asking for a half of the refund of missing parts wich was fair ($350 for used parts) the company representative become rude and extremely unprofessional.
I havent got any refund from this company.
I had to get refund from my cc insurance for this and i absolutely not recommend to deal with this store.
I was totally ripped off by this seller and im sure that someday it will pay to them in double for stealing bread from a poor family. Im a father of 6 and every cent is a huge deal for us. I had to take loan for this purchase to make my living as a photographer after loosing my job, but unfortunately in our days people care only about money.
too bad for the Ace Photo.
But thats ok we will survive without their $350. Maybe they needed it more than us!
Stay absolutely away from such a negative attitude and buy from reliable sellers!
