I had the hired the service of Mr. Barnett of Ace HticVAC services to install a cooling system in my home. The system was located in the attic and due to some problem with another HVAC company, i requested that he (Mr Barnett) have permit pulled to make sure his work was inspected and approved. He stated that he wasn't a licensed HVACe installer but he guaranteed his workmenship as a business owner. Within two weeks of his installation, I heard and saw water dripping from the ceiling before the whole thing collapsed and fell the my upstairs hall. My husband called Mr Barnett and he stated and he stated that he was on vacation out of town and his company had no emergency plans in place. Even after he returned from his vacation, he made no attempt to call to remedy the problems he had caused. We had no choice.called another HVCA company who identified all of Mr. Barnetts missteps and mistakes as a HVAC service provider. We had to spend an additional 3,000 to with the ceiling and cooling system placement. I would never recommend this company to anyone now or forever.
