Accruate Background Check did a employment background check on me. Day after I signed off the background check, Accurate emails me to call. My social security number was wrong. and blamed company which they said was common. After five days, I called Accurate who were rude and non transparent and refused to tell me anything.
Called the company who and they will contact Accurate to expedited my background check. Folowed up the next day who told me the name of the county they are waiting on and I called that county courthouse who told me we got your background check and sent it back over a day ago by email. You need to get a hold of Accurate and have them contact who the company they have a contract with out here.
Called Accurate who were stumbling their words and were defensive. They told me they had expediated for more information at 5 AM which is 8 AM Eastcoast time and they still had not heard from their vendor. Their vendor did not start on my background check two days after it was sent to them and took two additional days to send it back to Accurate.
Because of their unprofessional gross negligence taking 3 days to send my clean background check back, I nearly lost the job for a large conglomerate. I expect those people will lose their jobs to an off-shore company in India like Sterling Background Check or some Filipino agnecy real soon.
