At the beginning of September 2018 I determined that one of my clients needed certain payroll reports that are pretty standard. According to the folks at Accountantsworld the software (Payroll Relief) is designed to produce these reports once the appropriate input was provided. It has been 7 weeks now and to date =, we either cant generate the reports or when we are able to generate the reports they are inaccurate.
I have called Accountantsworld more than 40 times about the issue and each time I get told that somebody would call me back or programming is working on it. But except for one day this week no one ever calls back. On Monday (October 15) someone named Bruce, holding himself out to be a Senior Vice PResident called to say he did not have a resolution and had not idea when the issue would be resolved, but they have thousands of cients and they have never had this problem.
I expressed to my firen Bruce that I have not been getting what I paid for and so I am entilted to a refund, he said he can look into that, but I dont expect him to. Bottom line these people are either a bunch of incompetents or a bunch of liars.
This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
