Ken DuBow, through his now defunct after filing bankruptcy company, Bob's Your Uncle, LLC [https://www.pacermonitor.com/
public/case/37340530/Bobs_Your_Uncle,_LLC], entered into a foreign sales agent agreement with my production company to sell my feature film internationally. After not hearing from Ken DuBow for quite some time, I reached out to see what the status was on the foreign sales and when he planned on wiring the amounts owed (minus his percentage) to the production.
Ken DuBow continued to avoid my calls and delay our meetings until he stated that while he collected thousands of dollars in sales fees on my production's behalf, because of the pandemic he had kept the money to keep his own business afloat, as if that somehow made it okay that he stole my production's money. Furthermore, when my production traced back when Ken DuBow received the biggest payment for one of the foreign territories sold it was over 6 months before the pandemic began, so more lies.
After pursuing Ken DuBow through legal proceedings, he filed bankruptcy on behalf of Bob's Your Uncle, LLC so that he extinguished all claims against him for the several productions/producers that were trying to collect the funds he misappropriated that were rightly the filmowners.
Ken DuBow has created a new company, Access Entertainment [https://www.access-ent.com/copy-of-catalogue] in order to continue his scam under a new shell company. Please do not do business with this individual as he will steal your money just as he has already stolen money from so many innocent filmmakers already!
