ACC Insurance should be put out of business. They got the police report showing their insured suv backed into my car at the red light. The driver wanted to get in left turn lane and he was in the right turn lane. ACCC turn my claim down said driver had a suspend lic. The police took both of our driver lic. and ran a check on us. The police let him drive off. If his driver lic was suspend the police would had not allow him to drive off. Also the owner of the suv was in the front seat with him when he backed into my 2013 Fusion SE. I have called ACCC Several times and they tell me they need to get a sign statement from owner of suv. We are on social security and can not afford the cost to repair our car. George
The run around game must be based in the Houston office. Incident occurred 10/11/2016, my recorded call w their rep Gabriel Vasquez stating they were accepting full liability and make payment occurred on the 13th. Then the games began- un returned phone calls, un answered emails, i ended up doing the repair out of pocket, & submitted all documentation to said rep. No Response. Mid March i call and am informed the file had been moved to Ms. Esquivel, another adjuster. Upon speaking with her, am told I need to resubmit the documentation. Apparently moving the file to the next person doesn't include the documents within said file. Within 24 hrs via emails I am back w/ Ms. Vasquez, the one who couldn't do it right the first time. Having my fill today (03/31/17') I went to their Phoenix offices, walked in and because I was doing the footwork for my attorney was asking for the title of the office an individual's name where my attorney could send the coming legal paperwork for suit. Within mins I was speaking with a claims supervisor (something I was told by the Houston office would only happen after going thru the claims rep) named Jason who via review of the file in their system in 10 mins came out & stated my check would be overnighted monday to my home. I'm thinking if your unlucky enough to be struck in tx by a driver carrying accc, check your home state to see if they have an office there or check into an attorney. The punch line to all this is that while standing there speaking with Jason, "Natalie", Gabrielle's supervisor (the 1 I was never allowed to speak w/) called from Houston and left a voicemail. With Gabby in the background she informs that there is documents needed (already submitted) "oh they are, thanks Gabby", but payment can't be made till into next session? Whatever, thank you Jason, at least not every employee believes in giving the run around to the other party.
We are unfortunately involved in a car insurance claim with this company. The adjuster assigned to us, Christine Lucero, is impossible to reach and rarely assigns her phone. She calls back and leaves a message and makes no further attempts to reach you. She does not have a direct line or an email address so we have been at her mercy.
Ms. Lucero needs a live statement from my son whose car was damaged by one of ACCC's drivers. The car is not drivable and the lack of the car has caused us an incredible hardship. Ms Lucero has no respect for the fact that we are greatly inconvenienced without the car. My son, who drives the car, has to get to school and work and has been forced to bunk with a friend in the dorms because he has no way home.
Ms Lucero knows that my son has both college classes and a job where he cannot be on the phone. It is understandable that he cannot answer the phone at all times. Yet Ms. Lucero has made very little attempt to make an appointment for a time that would be good for him nor has she made any attempt to call back until she can reach him.
At this point, the car has been towed to a body shop and is sitting at that body shop waitng for Ms Lucero to get around to processing the claim. She has now taken 4 days off without handing the file off to another adjuster who can get it done. This is only further example of the fact that Ms. Lucero obviously believes that we should be forced to wait until she decides to get around to our file and she has given us no time line or progress report at all. It will be over a week since the accident by the time Ms. Lucero comes back to the office.
The only acceptable action at this point would be for Ms. Lucero's supervisor to take over the file and give us a call first thing on Monday, at 8:30am before my son has to go to class. We should be compensated for the inconvenience we have experienced and ACCC Insurance needs to take responsibility for their careless driver and take care of us.
Several weeks ago, while I was driving in highway, an ACCC insured car hit the back of my car and tollally damaged the car and directed the car out of the street. The driver was driving with an unauthorized speed, not sober and was changing laines in zigzag way. My car was completely damaged, nothing was remained from the back of the car. The police reported the accident that faulty driver was changing laines while he hit the car.
The police report was uploaded in the website 2days after the accident and we mailed a copy of the report to the company. However, after 20 days, the ACCC insurance company claimed that they didn't recieve the report. They didn't even bother to refer to the police website to find the report.
And finally they claim they don't accept or trust the police report! Since the police was not present right at the moment of the accident, which is rediculous.
Denying the police report, the insurance company trust the faulty driver dishonest claim who tried to make the accident seem the reverse.
Now, after about 1 month from the accident the insurance company hasn't accepted the liabilty of the accident and insist on its dishonest claims.
This company should be shut down. I have never seen such unprofessional customer service in my life. They have denied my claim after their insured "totaled" my car in a "hit and run". Their insured then "claims the car was "stolen" and reports that to the police 2 hours later.
YET, the driver was seen ( by 2 eye witnesses) getting out of the car, and going back to the house of the registered owner, (the insured). Also, the police found the keys in the car. WOW! this car theif must be a criminal master mind, to return to the house that she took the car from.
IF I do not get a return call by 9/30/2015 I will be forced to sue, and my witnesses are working with the police to try and identify the driver, then "hopefully" there will be criminal charges, and insurance fraud charges brought against ALL PARTIES!
