Acarship I book 3 cars with them and from day one they keep me updated about everything, they are very quick to respond and always reply over the text and call especially Zack James he did a good job to deliver my 3 vehicles they picked up on time and delivered on time. Great customer service.
I don't recommend this company to nobody. I deal with a man from India. he said his name was Issac. ORDER NUMBER 4045_ZBHe is a lair he will told you that he has a truck to pick up your car and ask you to deposit with a credit card but not to worry because he will not charge you until the car is load on the truck but he did charged right after I finished the call and 10 minutes later he text me the truck driver didn't want to do the transportation but he will find someone else's then days later again texting about an other truck but I need to come up from $850 tob$1150. so I couldn't afford that. So I said cancel the order and I want my deposit back but Daniel the manager sent me an email no can't do. Therefore I wish this will help or stop you from getting Ripoff.
They did a bate and switch. I signed a contract for the agreed amount and 2 days before our scheduled pick up, they slap me with needing $800 more to pick up both of my vehicles. Never was it mentioned that the terms were subject to change.
I spoke to them about the rumours and they assured me I would not have to worry about anything. The exact thing they assured me of is the very thing they did. This is a very unacceptable way to do business, especially when people are moving and stressed out already.
This notice goes to all those consumers who are thinking about moving their vehicle with aCarShip owned by Sandra Manthorpe. STOP - THINK AGAIN - READ THIS.
Great sales pitch. Sandra told me they have their own trucks and there would be no problem getting my vehicle picked up. It was picked up over 8 days late. It should have taken 2.5 days to arrive. Carrier had my vehicle for 8 days. It was damaged. The trucking company told my daughter (who received the car) to call aCarShip for resolution. The carrier provided no paperwork at the time of pickup (a proper inspection Bill of Ladin should have been provided showing the vehicle condition - 4 corner diagram).
Upon delivery there was also no opportunity for inspection. "Pay or it is not coming off the truck" we were told. When we saw the big scratches down the side they said to call Sandra Manthorpe - manager at aCarShip. Sandra said "we are just the broker" you have to file a claim against the carrier. Then she never took my call again. No help at all. Childish and unprofessional. She hounded me for the sale - border line harassment.... then she would hang up or block my call as soon as she knew it was me.
