On November 10, 2017 I placed an order for a rose gold necklace at Acacia Lily. After placing my order I saw reviews for the website saying that people never received their orders. My order was confirmed and money was taken out of my bank account immediately, but after a few days had passed, I never received that my item was processed or shipped. It is now November 26, 2017 and I have yet to receive an email in regards to my order. I have called but it goes straight to a voicemail that isn’t even set up. I have sent two emails but haven’t received a response. Actually I have received 3 promotional emails since placing my order which infuriates me. I needed the item by November 18 as a birthday gift. That time has passed now and I was short a birthday gift and out of $40.

My son wanted to but a Rose Gold heart necklace for his girlfriend for Christmas. We placed the order on Dec 3. Still have not received the gift. The price was deducted from my account. Numerous emails sent- no reply. Phone number not working. No way to find out what happened to his present. Dealing with teen angst and spent money with no product.

Scam

Same storey for me. Son wanted ride good necklace for his girlfriend. We placed order December 13th. We received an order confirmation email and have not heard anything since. I have emailed several times with no response and tried to call a number that doesn't work. Finally called my credit card company today and they refunded me the money and filed a dispute claim. Blows my mind that whoever is behind this fake company is still taking peoples money. How can they be stopped?

F****** bought a necklace they gave a phone number that doesn’t work an email address that isn’t real and they have multiple address listings across the nation as to wherever they’re at. They’re fake as f** stole my money won’t give it back and i can’t do s*** about it because idk who it is where they’re at or nothing don’t buy from them.

Got charged twice, phone number is a personal cell phone who doesn’t respond. No product sent or confirmation email of tracking product. My son was out over $129. This website should be shut down.

I ordered 2 pairs of suede boots for my twin daughters. I received two conformations about my order,by credit card, I tried calling the costumer service number the voice mail wasn't set up! I also e-mailed the company twice...NO REPLY BACK

Acacia Lily is a scam. I waited almost two months to receive my package and when I recieved it it was the wrong size. It looked nothing like it did in the pictures. Their customer service is absolutely horrible I've tried to contact them multiple times. It says in the ABOUT section of the website that her name is mei and She moved to LA to start this business. But the package clearly states that it was from FALL TUCKER MA. They overcharged me aswell.

I ordered 2 sweaters from this "business" on 12-5-16. I recevied a confirmation email and then received an email on 12-9-16 stating my merchandise was getting ready to be shipped. When i tried to check the tracking of my shipment, it only says "pre-shipping"info was sent to usps. On 12-16-16, i tried to call the number on the website which is 310-562-5663. It apperas that number is a personal cell phone. I got a recording that the voice mail had not yet ben set up. I also texted and asked for the status of the order, no response. I paid 110.00 by discover card. still no merchandise and no respone.

I payed for my boots on Nov 23, 2016 and still havent received them. I have called and emailed and texted, as the website requested. I have not received a single response. Now I am concerned bc these fraudulent people have my personal information. How is it possible for people to get away with this? Its 1day before Christmas, I dont have my daughters boots and Im out $54.00. This is disgusting!

Terrible

Ordered a necklace on Dec, 17 for a Christmas present. Waited to get the tracking number that never showed up but the money was taken from my credit card. I tried emailing and calling the number given only to get a cell phone with no voice mail set up. The first week of January I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. then on January 16 I received the message that my package had shipped. So much for the Christmas gift! Don't think I would have ever heard a word had I not called the credit card co. Since it was personalized they wont give a refund so now I have a necklace I don't need and lost $40 as well. Wish I had read the reviews first and I would never have ordered from them.

Horrible Product

My daughter recieved a necklace from her boyfriend for Christmas. Within 1 week the Rose Gold has worn off and it’s broken already. Horrible!

I bought a necklace two days ago and I was charged immediately. But I found out it was a fraud site so I sent an email to cancel the order. They stated they'll reply in 24-48hrs asap. But nope, they never bothered. I googled the address and found out it was an address for a church or something in the area. There's no such office.

I ordered 2 customized necklaces order #s 20667 and 20665) from this website. I received an email confirmation but never a tracking number or order status. They said they would deliver it within 4-5 days. In addition they did not return my phone calls or emails asking for a refund.

I found this website on twitter, the website looks very legit and even had items that were sold out on the web page. I ordereded a necklace and sweater which the total came to 73.99. I received a email (only one I received) confirming that my card went through. This was December 11. I gave it some time and I realized that I still didnt get a shipment email and I couldn't track my package. The website had a (310) 562-5663 number and said if they don't answer you could also text. I wrote two emails and received nothing and called the number and there is no answer every time. I now have to order a new card because these frauds have my information. Who ever is running the site needs to be prosecuted for fraud.

I feel I am in the same boat as the two posts before me... I purchased a sweater for $60.00 with shipping 2 weeks ago.... I have emailed, called, numerous times with absolutely no response....there was no email with tracking info... there is no tracking info when I pull up my order...so much for a Christmas gift..... a COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT!! I will never use this site again... and if I don't have my product in the next week, I will be doing a chargeback....

Placed an order for evening time shirt/dress and a black pair of thigh high suede boots in size 9. Money was quickly taken from credit card but have not received my merchandise nor have I received a status for my order. It was a Gift purchased for my daughter. I ordered a piar of black suede thigh boots. First it was back order for 30 days. When i finally received the boots they had sent two left boots. I have tried to contact the company numerous times via customer service email / order email and by texting the number they provided 310-562-5663 - no one ever answers. It say no mail box set up yet.

I would like to get at least one boot for my right foot. I paid a total of $61 for boots and shipping..

not ok - this company is a scam to get money , they do not respond after order is placed.
