Ordered a Refrigerant Extractor, ($900.00). Opened the box and pluged it in to see if it worked, one second later we turned it off because the fan was making a loud noise.

When through their web site to request an RMA. Didn't hear from them so I emailed them from our order they had emailed to us. Still didn't hear from no one, so I called them.

He (Ricki) said, "did you plug it in? then we can't accept it, you have to go through the warranty with the manufacturer, after you (the purchaser) pay for a technician to diagnois it..."

It is a brand new broke item. It should be their problem to work with the manufacturer, not mine. This company needs to be closed down for what they to way too many consumers.

First let me state I am a former employee. I was with the company for almost 2 years before deciding to part ways. I know all their dirty secrets and how they operate. First off, THEY ARE NOT A GOODMAN DEALER. Warranty department is some whacked out woman that has to fill out a warranty form that gets sent to a company owned by the owners family member named Gemaire. They are the actual dealer who these people buy from. Therefore, warranty has to go thru them. In turn Gemaire submits the warranty claim on these people's behalf! Thats why it takes no less than a month to get warranty parts.

Secondly, they DO NOT have actual technical support on staff. They have representatives who are taught to ask basic dumb questions such as "are there any error codes flashing?" and my favorite "please read me your refrigerant levels." Based on the info they collect, they run it by about 2-3 people there that can KINDA guess what's going on and suggest on what to do next. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep in mind, no matter what is wrong with the unit you purchased from these scumbags, you WILL NEVER get a full unit replacement. The best they will do if you complain and annoy them enough is a small, embarassing discount, like 5% of your purchase, make you call an installer and waste more money to have them troubleshoot and then make you wait about 45 days for a part which you will HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING FOR. Oh and chances are they will send the wrong part because DUH thats too complicated to get right. Please think of it like this. A company sells you a product online which requires installation by a certified technician. If a part malfunctions or the unit doesnt work when you have it installed, THEY WILL put the blame on the installation. SIMPLE. Trust me, because I saw it too many times, people trying to save a penny buy the units from these people and end up regreting it. You are better off paying a little more money (because you get what you pay for right?) and purchasing locally from an AUTHORIZED DEALER who will also do and warranty the installation. Trust me!!

I ordered an Air conditioner and Air Handler from this company on February 20th 2016 because it boasted of 2-3 day shipping and delivery. 10 days later when I did not receive my products I called the customer service line. The representative assured me that they just moved warehouses and my order was shipping that day and would arrive Friday or Monday at the latest. The following Tuesday I again called when my products did not arrive. The guy fed me the exact same story and assured me that my order would arrive Friday or Monday at the latest. This time I asked the guy to please verify that was true and call me back. He said he would and I knew he would not so I verified with him 3 times that he would indeed call me back and got his name. Josh. Of course no call back. I then called their so called customer service line twice per day on Thursday, Friday, Monday (no products arrived by the way) and 5 times on Tuesday holding an hour each time. No one answers. The last time I called on Tuesday someone actually picked up and told me my order still had not shipped. I asked for my money back and asked for a confirmation number for the transaction. The rep said it would be emailed to me tomorrow. I had enough of the tomorrow lies. I demanded a manager and he proceeded to tell me to calm down and would not give me a confirmation number of the refund. So, 3 weeks I've had people waiting to install my unit so that I can put my house up for sale and I have no AC and will probably have to sue this company to get a refund of the $1,600 I paid them. Do not do it!!!

AC Wholesalers sells HVAC systems. They claim excellent customer support and warranty service. I've been waiting three weeks for a replacement part after being charged $824. The part finally came and is the wrong part. Now I have to send it back and wait for a credit. Meanwhile I owe the service tech $80 for coming out to my house. I just found out from the manufacture that they are not even dealers for the products they sell!!!!!
