Services were never delivered. After months of lies, and no refund have decided to take the loss and write a review. Hopefully his next would be victim sees this review and spends their money else where. Charles Ingram is a fraud. Whatever services you're thinking of purchasing from him, DON'T!!
He took $1,300 from me to fix my Credit file. I have filed a Police report. I asked for evidence as to his process of fixing my credit file. He would not do it!
I have given him an opportunity to redemn himself. All he does is lie. His best talent. He does not have a relationship with the truth.
Charles called me on several occasions with his make shift credit packages, after receiving 1085.00 from me he then stopped answering my calls and will not answer emails either.
i have his email address which also has his ip address thats associated with his computer, more than the money i am currently seeking the path to bring charges against him for criminal intent and extortion
Mr. Charles Ingram AKA ONeal Ingram, the supposed owner of absolute Private Funding, was to provide credit restoration services for me. Our initial contact was Jul 18, where he stated the service with a cost of $1600, would be provided within 10-14 days.
After the allotted time had passed, I reached out to Mr. Ingram for an update where he stated it was taking longer than normal due to a change in the laws. I was not contacted again by Mr. Ingram until late October, where I again contacted him to be told that the person who was working my case had been arrested and never completed my file.
He then said that he would personally handle my case. I have NOT received services promised, nor a refund which I have repeatedly requested. It turns out that this gentleman has SEVERAL aliases and has probably taken advantage of others. I am a requesting a FULL refund of $1600.
