I made a purchase through an fb ad and paid through paypal for protection. I am due to get a refund from paypal. However, my experience is almost identical to the others who described their experience. I finally did get a tracking number and the merchandise shows that is is in "pre-shipment" in china. It's been there since december 17, 2017. When i called the number, the outgoing message states that you can speak with someone by pressing 1. Then it starts over again like a loop. My hope is that others read this before they have to go through a complete hassle to get their money back.
I have emailed them several times requesting a refund. I keep getting excuses about why they can't give me a refund, ie post office cannot track the package, They can't give me a refund until I send the product back to them. How can I return something I have never received? They have stopped responding to my emails.
I have tried to call can never talk to a person just leave a voice mail. Of course I don't geta call back. I have reported them to the Better Buisness Bureau. still no response. I didn't realize they had an F rating with the BBB, I never would have ordered from them.
Placed an order on Nov 24, 2017 for 2 pair of novelty socks. My credit card was immediately charged through pay pal. After 9 emails back and forth I still have not received my order. I’ve requested a refund in my last 2 emails to them and they ignore it. I don’t expect to get this resolved, however I have learned a lesson - research before you order from similar companies. Better yet, order through Amazon.
Placed an order on 12-11-17. Credit card was charged immediately. As of 2-20-18, I still have not received anything.
I've called their number several times and left messages. No response. It's not even a business-type message on their machine.
I've emailed them many, many times requesting the ship date and tracking number. No response.
I did receive two automated emails thanking me for my inquiring and saying they were looking into it. Still nothing.
I then received two emails from 'Mindy' saying she was working on it and 'drop her a line' if there was anything else she could help me with. Still -- no tracking number or ship date. Total scam and fraud.
Ordered a wallet for my new phone, on 9/27/19 got a tracking number that never amounted to anything, they were damn quick to take my money and send nothing!!!! they definitely need to be shut down
I ordered a phone case, was charged, and never received. This company is a bad joke and now i have to dispute the charge because based on what i’ve read, i will never receive it!
