On 5/6/2018 i made an online purchase through Absolom Roche for 6 dinning room chairs which total the amount of 599.94 i was promise the shippingdate would be 7/9/2018, today it is 01/06/2020 i still have not receive any of the chairs or a refund of my money, i tried on several instances to resolve this issue with them via phone, via email even via fax.
Still nothing my Credit Union which i used to make the purchase try to resolve the situation with them still no answer, i am now trying to do this on my own through any source i can use. If you can be of any assistance to this matter please let me know. i have left them so many messages many times a daily basis. Please help.
First, they say they will call you back and they do not once you catch on to the fact that you are not going to be receiving your order. There is no customer service. Rude and unprofessional girl Anna tries to handle situations and promise that your item is on its way. Meanwhile, they just keep your money and you get nothing. Please be AWARE and save your money. This is not a legitimate furniture business. This is a place that gets your money and keeps it for 90 days so you cannot go to your bank or credit card and say you did not receive the order. After 90 days the bank cannot help you. During this time Absolom Roche promises that your item is being shipped. I am sorry it does not take to ship an item that long! I had items from China and Japan delivered in 10-15 days maximum
I just got a call back from a very rude person from the support team. Cowardly enough she didn't tell me her name because I would have called the corporate office on her. An African American lady with a NewYork accient and was the rudest person in customer service I've ever encountered called me. I answered the phone and she immediately got offended because I said they were unprofessional on the voicemail when I left a message. I started to think by her bold rudeness she might be somewhat in charge or in management. After she got offended and attacked me for saying that. I told her they were unprofessional and she went off and kept talking and didn't let me get a word in. I told her she was unprofessional and she said I was. Which is unethical because I'm the customer and it's her job to be professional to customers even if she didn't like what I said. I'm in management myself and I'm an artist and I was going to buy more chairs for my onset videos but I would never talk to a customer like that and than she had the nerve to hang up in my face. I will be adding to the complaints with everybody else. I will put forth an effort to be heard because she was absolutely nasty and cocky and has no business working with people. I noticed after this incident they get a lot of complaints maybe it's because they have immature, unprofessional petty people working for them, that will eventually hinder them in the long run. I also saw on their complaints they canceled someone order because they complained on them. Prime example, first of all people are waiting 2 months to get there orders, that's pretty unprofessional within itself. All I wanted to do is have them send my order to the right address and look how it turned out. I would like my refund immediately and I'll be going to the bbb. I would stay clear away from people that are this disrespectful. I want nothing to do with them ever and would never recommend them.

This is what I believe they are doing- They advertise these nonstop "limited time only sales". Once they get your money they purchase furniture and you may or may not get your items depending on your location. They also use apps to hide their numbers. Once you start getting suspicious they either block you or send you to this automated "Sales Genie" message. It also takes weeks to get your money back.
They also offer customers $100 -$150 credits in exchange for a good review. If you have ever ordered from them- then you know they will come up with EVERY EXCUSE in the book as to where your merchandise is. Anna and her husband should really be ashamed of themselves. I hope karma sticks it to them.
I would strongly advise you to spend more money and find another vendor.
