COMPLAINT AGAINST: Abode Service in San Mateo County California. This non profit organization are housing specialist locators for the homeless people with section 8 Voucher program. San Mateo Housing Authority referral clients to Abode to assist section 8 client with locating permanent stable affordable safe housing. Suspect IRS tax write off fraud, section 8 fraud with clients personal information like date of birth and social security number that Abode Service ask for. Abode Services Administrative Office 40849 Fremont Boulevard Fremont, CA 94538 6503158032

I Crystal Lax swear the below statement are true to the best of my knowledge and ability I never received not one apartment application information over a period of three months since I been under Abode Service. While under their service. I've had a heart attack and had to have heart surgery done November 29, 2021. December 15, 2021. I went back into the Sequoia hospital for another heart issue complications. I qualify for a section 8 Voucher in September 2021.

Was referral by San Mateo Housing Authority caseworker to Abode Service in October. I was homeless on the streets in and out of shelter that put you out in the cold at 7:00 A.M. I'm force to roam wander the streets in the cold all day until the shelter open back up at 7:00 P.M. Due to my many health conditions. I can't live in a shelter around other people with TB, dirty hygiene clothing, no proper hand washing individual. Subject me to more virus like Upper respiratory infection, foot fungus, bedbugs and other unsanitary issues.

I expressed many of time to Abode Housing Specialist. How urgent it was to help me find emergency stable permanent housing. Due to my medical condition. My age is my element that's also playing a major role in my declining health. Being a CNA Certified Nurse Assistant for over 21 years in the medical field. As some people age the immune system is more lower. Cause them to get sicker quicker than the average person. I get sick quick.

While being a client under their service. I was force to ride the public buses. Force to being in the rain and cold. Which in the medical doctor letter state it place me at risk for more heart complications. These uncompassionate housing specialist. Threw out to me a lot of empty unfilled promise. They say. They'll call me back. Never do. They say. They're going to work on this housing that just open up in Redwood City never came through. Not one apartment application. Not one housing viewing appointment. It's Christmas.

LETTER TO ABODE CEO LOUIS CHICOINE RE: LANDLORD ALFIO JOHN RAGONESI

Mr. Chicoine,

On September 26, 2019, I had told the landlord, John Alfio Ragonesi, via text that I was planning on lettering a 30-day notice and if he could assist me with a portion of my deposit so that I could begin packing my property.

Given that I have renters insurance for property damage, I offered to pay it back once I got paid the following week. I never gave the landlord any reason to think that I was irresponsible. Furthermore, it had been understood that I pay close attention to detail.

The landlord had recommended I hold off writing the 30-day notice, and he would do his best to advocate for me. He knew people at Abode. I acknowledged that he was presumably the most qualified person to support me.

On approximately the third week of October, Alfio Ragonesi ordered me to write him an affidavit swearing I had given him my 30-day notice on September 26 via text message.

Due to the landlord's tone, I questioned the landlord's intentions because he was forcing me to sign statements without any other witnesses present.

Moreover, the landlord continued to pressure me into vacating the unit within hours as he ordered me to overnight my responses via certified mail concurrently.

I responded that I could not write any statements under pressure. Can the landlord claim I was negligent in not providing him a 30-day written notice?

Would it be reasonable for the landlord to ask me to hold off on a 30-day notice for three weeks and then compelled me to write statements to favor him in an eviction?

Since my case-manager from HomeFirst always addressed the lack of funding or grants for supportive housing, I had made the mistake of telling my landlord that I had been writing to several government agencies, such as US HUD Secretary Ben Carson and California Congressman Devin Nunes reporting on the housing crisis in Santa Clara County.
