Ability Capital Solutions is nothing but a group of people out to scam money out of hard working business owners. I am going to go all the way to take this company and Brian Acosta down. Our up front "1st and last" was $3800.00. I will team up with anyone who wants to form an alliance to take these people down.
Ability Capital Financial approved a finance contract, executed the terms and created a note then requested the 1st and last payment with a application fee . Total cash investment out of pocket and paid to Ability Capital Finance was $ 1,949.58 by ACH Transfer. Brian Acosta is the agent and co-reciever on the draft. He claimed that his company was financing equipment for Big Lakes Logistics, Inc in house. NO other lender was involved. Ability took the money and delayed any funding. After 3 months passed re requested a refund per thier contract and they flat refused to refund our deposit. These people are top notch Scammers!!!! DO NOT use these people for anything. They need to be put out of business and lockup which I will agressively try to do for the next 7 years. I would be glad to share any information with anyone who needs it by email. All I can tell these thieves is "Don't Mess With Texas"
I tried to get them to send my deposit back after they wanted a ton of more paperwork that I could not get for them. I called the same day to get it back but no reply
They still have $5000 I sent December 8th after hearing about a great lease rate. They came back $800/month over their original proposal and I told them I was done and wanted my deposit back. They got within $200 of the original quote but I was done with them. I have since gone through the cancellation process with them and can't get them to call me back. I plan to get results if I have to visit them in person.
Complete scam .ability capital solutions does not have the ability approve any loan and brian acosta is a professional scam artist .the contract for approval and down payment or deposit they ask for is deceptive and how brian makes his living.ability capital solutions tells you your approved all you need to do is send them first and last payments plus a security deposit of course wire transfer,if you send it you will never see it again .they can not appove anyone for a loan the contract is a legal way for them to keep your deposit,have an attorney read it ,it's worded in a way so they can keep your deposit .dirt bags brian acosta and paul copeland and all who work there should be put in prison.
