Don't waste your time and money on this crap. My friend used to work there. She told me it was a horrible working environment and terrible human resource management team. They only hire the stupid people to make this crap to poison our kids. It crashed all the time and stealing my money after cancellation. There are better free website out there. My kids doesn't like this ABC Mouse crap! Google their reviews. All bad!!!

The telephone number ABCmouse provided for live contact is a recording which says that all representatives are busy however, please feel free to contact us via our customer support center online. Then the line is disconnected. I am super disappointed with this service and will be sure to mention the ABC services and how you operate on my social media as well as other social media. Every potential customer should be advised of what they are to encounter in the future should they decide to purchase this ABC MOUSE educational videos for their children.

First I would like to say that thier ad indicates that one will obtain a 30 day free trial before purchasing. However, one is forced to provide credit card info for the free trial.

I provided my credit card information on 3-17-17 with the 30 day free trial in mind.

My card was charged a total of 119.90 ($79.95 plus $39.95) one day after the purchase. (FRAUD CHARGES ARE TO BE FILED)

Secondly, trying to log in to thier system for access to my purchase was a loop. There was no logging in at all. No way to contact them via telephone and I was unable to access the account to try and find out their phone number or address so I can write a letter. I found a telephone number by chance via google search.

Thirdly, trying to contact your customer service was also time consuming and money lost in the loop I was sent. After finally gaining access to the ABCmouse.com program by persistantly getting a forgot password code I was sent on a endless loop but I didn't give up. I kept trying and trying and getting code after code after code. Finally, one code stuck and I was able to log in. All I can say is Parent beware.

I am super disappointed in thier services and in the actual program. It's an endless number of videos which you can find for free on YOUTUBE and games with no instructions. The program takes forever to load and waaay too long for the next pages to turn. It's confusing and my little one just got bored waiting for the next thing to show up. No Parent instructions and if the parent doesn't know what to do with the video one is looking at, just imagine how simple it will be for the child.

I AM DEMANDING IMMEDIATE REFUND on my credit card and CANCELLATION of this program.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, IT'S NOT WORTH IT. There is no Customer Service and no one to help guide the parent so the parent can guide child. it's too complicated. GET GAMES AND VIDEOS FOR FREE ON THE INTERNET AND TEACH THAT WAY.

I was on swagbucks and saw that there was an offer to recieve swagbucks just for signing up for a free trial to ABCmouse.com. And so i went on the website and created my account. It gave me different membership options so i chose the yearly option which is $59.95 per year. I cancelled it emmidiately becuase i saw that I was not going to be recieving a free trial. They have not refunded my money and i really need to find a way to get my money back.

I signed up for the ABC mouse internet educational website for my 3 year old daughter to explore in August, 2015. The website expressly stated 7 day free trial period, during which I wanted to test the website for ease of use and applicability for my toddler's education. After signing up I tried to access different learning tools on the website which were unusable due to horrendous loading speeds. I have Verizon FIOS with 50Mbit up/down speeds which are sufficient to stream Netflix HD on multiple devises simultaneously with no problem. It took up to 5 minutes to load one page on ABC mouse. So after experiencing that I decided to cancel my subscription which was a day or two after the initial sign up. I used paypal to sign up and a charge of $7.95 appeared after I signed up which I thought I would get refunded if I canceled within the trial period. This did not happen. Now it is October and I get another charge of $7.95. I was not charged for September. I don't know what kind of people run this website but they are either incompetent or worse malicious in their intent to scam people.

I have been a reasonably satisfied customer of ABCmouse.com for a couple of years. It became an annual contract last year, which I was using until the next subscription renewal, as my daughter is now in school and I have recently lost my job.

I MISTAKENLY presumed that I would be given a notice of my impending ANNUAL renewal before I was charged the annualized fee - but ABCmouse is more interested in the cash from charging for another YEAR of services than sending out an Annual Subscription Notice so that you have an opportunity to evaluate the efficacy (or necessity) of the service before the ANNUAL charge and commitment.

The problem is compounded by the fact that there is no way to contact a HUMAN, you enter your complaint in their Customer Service form and it lives as an entity on their site. They did not reply to me, but posted their legal language about my not being entitled a refund on top of the page containing my original request. I understand this cautionary legaleze, and can apply it to the monthly subscribers, but I can't even locate MY subscription date on the site!

My second request (for a Notice of Renewal so others might not go through this) got me a post on their page sayiig they'd forward it to their 'team'. Gee, thanx.

I also went to their Age Of Learning site and commented that if they had any honor, they would email annual subscribers before charging them. Even unemplayed, I can dismiss the $60 more easily than I can dismiss their awful customer service (um, LACK of customer service) and smarmy profiteering - "free software to schools" notwithstanding.
