This company lacks a lot in business ethics. Their devious marketing practices leave a lot to be desired as well.
They claim to repair lampshades which is only a ruse to get you inside the store. I had two lampshades in great shape that just needed to be glued on again. They're not scratched, bend, tarnished or ripped. After being kept waiting for over two hours while the salesperson served other clients that came in after me, she declared that they could not repair my shades. Instead, she tried to sell me ( $875.00 each) new lampshades, claiming they're from Europe. However, from what I have seen while I was there, I am quite positive what they're peddling is mostly from China. She also showed me cotton shades for $60.00 a piece that is being sold at $17.50 at Home Depot.
As far as I am concerned, they're a total rip off.
