December of 2018 were had an unexpected breakdown of our washer and dryer and ended up at Aarons as we needed it ASAP. We decided on a pair and took it home. After awhile the dryer started making a grinding noise so we called Aarons and they came and picked it up for repair and brought a loaner---even though it was much smaller we could work with it.

Months later we get out dryer back it gets delivered and hooked up and it won't turn on so back it went---so months later (I believe at least 2-3) it comes back and now it's dented in the front and all scratched up on the top as if whoever was repairing it put all their tools on top of it.

We refused to accept it as it was now damaged. We were offered 10% off our payment but we refused that-- I'm not paying on something they damaged and at this point who knows what else was done to it. I informed Aaron's I wanted that dryer replaced---well they can't give us a new one because we would have to pay more and enter into another contract for it.

The store never got back to us to resolve this--I filed a complaint with the main office and never heard back from them either as they informed me I would hear from an area manager--never heard from them either.

We decided to tell them to just pick up the washer and loaner dryer we were done---as we had already paid for the December payment the Store manager refunded our December payment--however we are now being harrassed for a late payment on top of that.

We have paid 1300 into the washer and dryer and half the time didn't have the dryer we were paying for even though I'm sure by now we paid for 1 of them they have them and there was no resolution to this.

However I can't say enough about the 2 delivery drivers--they went above and beyond and Aaron's is lucky to have them.

After one year of on time payments totaling well over two thosuand dollars and finance charges . The store manager handed me my " Letter of Ownership" in December 2018 and to this day March 15th have not been able to comminicate with anyone in the " Retention Department " that he told me would report it to the three credit reporting agencies.

Faithfully I would call twice a week , different times of the day only to receive customer service that would route me to collections , then collections would send me to retention and the loop continued until I reach the voicemail of one person assigned to this task, of course her mailbox is full.

We place an order for a fridge in the store near us, everything was good and nice, he assure us in 1 week , Friday we will have the fridge here. After 1 week Friday, no call, we call and We spoke with a nice lady and she found our order , but our fridge didn't came yet she assure us the fridge will be here next week, Now we will wait for 2 week to pass to be able to have our Christmas present. We wait another week to pass, but again Friday comes and nobody call, so Saturday we call and guess what, the fridge is not in, again the nice lady Amy, said I see your order but I don t know what is going on, so she said can you please come to talk with our manager because he order the fridge for you. We got rally disappointed in that moment, because we order more than 1 item with Aaron and never had this problem. Now we are going to find out what is going on, we got in the store the manager is not able because he is in a meeting so we need to live and come back , very professional, after 1 hour we go back and the manager get out with big mouth on us , telling us he never place the order for us , he didn't understood we want the fridge, this is what he said , now we are really confuse, he just had a file in his hand and said no order for you, he turn around and left, and us still confuse with no fridge. TODAY 12/27, after almost 2 weeks from that incident we got a call from that lady AMY, and she did our day brighter, she said I'm sorry I don t know how but your fridge is HERE . WOW so the order was on?, we confirm we want the fridge and we will be there around 2 pm to take it, today. NOW after 1 hour, 12:15 pm, 12/27, she call us again saying sorry and couldn't explain WHY, but THE MANAGER sold out fridge which came on our name in this morning and we got call for , he sold it to another person with no reason.

We had issues with two Aaron's locations, One in East Stroudsburg PA, and one in Easton PA on 25th street.

First We ordered a fridge during the $7 Black Friday sale from the East Stroudsbiurg store, they said they did not have it in stock, and said they could send loaner fridge for delivery day of Black Friday between hours of 12 noon - 3pm, they never showed up and never called . So we didn't even bother calling back. We opted to deal with the Easton PA store. We orderd a fridge and they came to deliver at 7pm, when they promised between 12-3PM, arriving several hours late. They delivered a defective product, very poor shape, no shelving, no drawrs, scateed, dented badly, It looks like something you get off craigslist for FREE or maybe 50 dollars tops.

We called today to notify the Easton 25th street Aaron's that we were delivered a defective fridge, and that all the shelving and drawers and ice bucket are missing.

You cannot store food w/o shelving and drawers. We were then told that someone would come and bring drawers and shelving for the ""loaner fridge". In addtion, we were then told that they didn't even order the fridge we wanted, as they were supposed to And the excuse why they didn't order the fridge is that they never got them in stock. Also, they said any items that are "special order" are NOT covered by the Black friday sale price" WHICH IS TOTAL BOLOGNA.

Back in November of 2017 at the granbury aArron’s off of 377 my fiancé and I went to go look at some furniture. We had rented from a previous aArron’s before and were told we could pick up where we left off also it’s advertised on their website. So we talked to the manager at the granbury Aaron’s and he PROMISED and said that YES they WILL credit our account for the 8 months we had rented from them before and that it would show up in January when our first payment was due. So we got a tv couch and tables. Without checking I made my first couple of payments no big deal. But now all the sudden my payments have gone up so I went online and checked on everything and THEY NEVER CREDITED my account like advertised and promised to us when we signed our lease which by they way the manager wrote on there credit account for 8 months! So I told them I will not pay another dime unless they credit my account they said they will call the regional manager and see why. 2 weeks later they call asking for a payment they never returned my call about my account being credited (they didn’t want to they don’t want to.) they told me the exact same thing let us call our regional manager. They are beating around the bush so to say. Finally they call another 2 weeks later and tell us that there regional manager said that they arnt going to credit my account for the 8 months like they ADVERTISE of there website. Because it’s a different franchise. I’m livid also they have bent harrasing me at work with phone calls and have been beating down my door oh and telling my neighbors why they are stopping by. We are blue collar folks we don’t have the money to go buy furniture out right and we started with them because of what they advertised and what was promised to us. Now we are just wanting what we were promised and we will begin to pay also I refuse to let them in my house because they are rude as hell and my fiancé has to handle it. The last Aaron’s we rented from worked with us and was super nice this one is awful and they harass their renters for being 1 day late with 5 million phone calls.

I have been renting from show place since 2014 I have paid on a washer and dryer when I first moved in my new home from show place they recently sold my contract to arrons rental on November now that arrons brought contract they are trying to make me pay more money like I just started this contract in November they want to say I signed a new contract and they are telling me that show place only gave them that agreement and I have stacks of that same agreement from the first day I got the washer and dryer so they want me to pay 27 months for something I been had since 2014 when I moved in this house and they won't give me credit for none of my money show place agreed to call them but they say they are only going buy the last paper but they always gave me them at show place I need help asap they told me they don't care if I get a lawyer or nothing the judge is only going to go by that I ask how when I never broke my contract that I agreed apond with show place so thy said I have to pay 27 months but I would be a few months from paying it off by my original contract show place admitted that they never sent all the money payments I put in but they would if they would correct the mistake and they said no today 03 /9/2017 and this is the scam to get me out of my money I want them on the news both companies I am not the only one they told me and I was the only one have my first rental agreement the others are ones when I pay it was given .and the person who help me get it name is on the contract witch is taviloe brown at the top I am a secondary person we arnt together but I been paying it since 2014
