Ordered MICR Toner for check printing a few months ago. Originally print quality was ok. Now it's a few months later, less than 4,800 print images on a cartridge rated for over 14,000 images, and toner quality has deteriorated to the point that we can't use it any more. Toner is now easily rubbed off the page. Contacted [email protected] because I didn't find a phone number to call. They claim it was because a MICR drum wasn't purchased from them as well. Other toner companies stated a MICR drum wasn't necessary and really no different than the standard drum that came with the printer. Our printer was new when we started using it with the AAA Toner product so it's not like it's an old printer that's worn out.
Seller stated if we purchased a MICR drum from them they would include a free toner cartridge with it. The drum of course costs more than the toner does. When I tried to place the order their site wouldn't process the order with FedEx 2-3 day shipping even though they offer free shipping on orders over $50 (in the continental US). I contacted seller again and they stated drum was special order and only able to ship via FedEx Overnight which would cost well over half the price of the drum.
When I inquired about the shipping they simply replied, "please just go buy from someone else sorry"
Which is exactly what we will do from now on. Purchase one toner from them in the past for $248 and paid the FedEx overnight charge of $99 because we needed it immediately to print checks.
Won't be making that mistake again and advise others to avoid purchasing anything from this company.
This company is exactly why government needs to regulate private business more. They are thief’s with insults. I would like to see the owner face to face because all he does is steal and hide like a little bitch. I hope he gets deported soon.
Through eBay I purchased a toner refill kit for a Brother laser printer. I tried to refill the first cartridge and you could only tell there was more toner on one end, the end where there is access to the toner mix box. I emailed the company several times asking how to successfully recharge my printer toner and he couldn’t tell me how to make it work. So, I filed a dispute with eBay and PayPal and was promised a refund, just send the product back. I sent it back on either his label or eBays and never got a refund because I didn’t keep the label and have a tracking number.
Well first of all the label was provided to me so someone knows he got it and it was not delivered back to me as undeliverable. This guy seems to have trouble with the English language as you will see he offers to “tell me another cartridge” which I shouldn’t have to do just because I bought something from him that doesn’t work and he can’t tell me how to make it work.

First of all you're the only one who has used profane language so don't accuse me of it and you must have missed the part about I used to service toner imaging devices and an perfectly qualified to diagnose a bad drum.My drum worked fine till it ran low on toner which your kit was supposed to correct and failed to.
The only reason this has gone on for so long is you apparently not qualified enough to tell a customer how to make toner go from one end of a toner box to another. My toner cartridge works perfectly but for it's out of toner.
If you want your trash that doesn't work and you don't know how to make it work; unable to tell someone in the trade how to make it work, then the problem is YOURS. If you want your worthless product back, send me the postage and I'll be glad to take it to the post office. In the meantime, I will be filing a complaint with eBay as well for your foul mouth abuse of me because you and your product are clearly a failure.I never used any cursing or foul language. it's you that is verbally abusive and and have NO BUSINESS tarnishing the eBay name. I purchased toner refills for my Ricoh color printer from AAA toner. It was purchased from EBay.
They give a “2,000% Quality guaranteed “on EBay.
You CANNOT find any difference between Original Ricoh printing. NEVER.
We used their toner and within a short time it jammed and started giving error messages. Now we have a broken printer and the warranty was terminated by Ricoh.
I sent an email to AAA Toner thru EBay and they did not respond. I called eBay and they would not help me because it is outside the 30 day period. I tried calling AAA directly and there is no human answering the phones.
They still have a good rating on EBay (99.3%) and sell thousands of items.
Though I have good ratings on EBay the seller has blocked me form purchasing anything from them.
This seller has lots of bad reviews on the internet complaint sites. Please do not buy from this seller.
