AAA Moving & Storage Corp. Reviews

I had this moving Company move me between apartments. They were in business over 25 years and had an A rating with the BBB. Three men that I never met before showed up 1.5 hours late. The owner John Haas who originally gave me an estimate was not with them..The boss gave me an ongoing hard time. He said multiple times "I'm not doing that".' That's your job" "That's not my problem";" Your killing me". Moaned when carrying items. He said " What do you need such and such for" some of the items later disappeared. I don't know if he made a “determination” that I didn't need certain things so he could dump them to save work. He refused to keep bags or boxes in individual rooms separate as requested making items much harder to find after the move.. I said I wasn't going to keep a table and they could drop it by the trash. He said he wasn't going there and would leave it for maintenance.(less work} I told him that they would charge me. He angrily broke off the legs and took it. The owner John Haas always called me back within 5 minutes before the move but did not call me back after the move.and gave me voice mail. I said I wanted to make a claim about missing items and he did not call back. With this many bags and boxes it was difficult and took time to discover what was missing. One day I might think of something and then realize it was not there..An item that I thought was missing might later be found. The list below is the most updated after everything was unpacked, If only more expensive items were missing I assume it would give away it was theft instead of just lost. I think these are too many items to be just lost.

When they first arrived at the new place they immediately started piling things into a closet until it was completely full. This included things that were not previously in closets. This made it almost impossible for me to tell if something was missing until later. They then had me sign that the job was completed. Does this procedure mean that they have done this before? The police said that I would need to see them take something or put it in a special place to prove a case. If I was going to make up anything this would have been easy to do. I have receipts and/or original manuals for most of the expensive missing items. The police reports are marked “founded” and “larceny”. No. 0167594, 0254709, 2015. A detective in property recovery said “these things don:t just disappear “.He said it should be reported as larceny. This is the final most updated list of missing items. This is after going through many boxes. Some things that were later found were taken off the list. Other items were added that were later found to be missing. Conservative value of the items is around $1000.00 .
