I placed an order on May 5, 2017, to pick up a 2016 Nissan Pathfinder at a dealership in Houston, Texas and ship it to San Jose, Costa Rica. After many calls and rescheduling pick up dates, on June 10, 2017, I CANCELED the order. I paid the full fee upfront, $1948. After cancelling, I was told: "We operate like an airlines. We don't give refunds." I filed a dispute with my credit card company and with a lawyers assistance, I got a "charge-back" for the full amount. The employees of this company will lie and lie and lie. They ever told the U.S. Government enacted a "new law" effective june 1, 2017, which required me to have a Employee Identification Number ("EIN"), which I stupidly got. I hired a different company that picked up the vehicle within 3 days of placing my order and I'm driving the vehicle in Costa Rica WITHOUT being required to give an EIN to the shipping company.
I wish I had researched this company before I placed the order. I hope you will. Thsi company is packed with a bunch of unprofessional, condesending liars who will go to great lenghts to beat you our of your money.
AAA Anytime, Inc. Reviews
DON'T Deal with them, they swear they are different and they can assure you that they have trucks ready. They are sleezy brookers, nothing more .
Rich promises everything and then customer service says , that they're sure he didn't say that. Car was supposed to arrive on Thursday, Maybe Friday.
On Friday get a call that car is still in the same state. BUYER BEWARE. Nothing that I was told or promised - happened.
I am a actual customer , they respond to all bad reports that they are not REAL customers.
