My experience with this daycare was unsatisfactory, unpleasant and disappointing.
Warning to other parents:
When I came to pickup my son I heard one of the teachers was yelling at girl. When she noticed me she started to apologizing to the girl. Very scary what happens behind my back.
My child is well party trained, I don’t even put diapers overnight on him for past 8 months. I did not have any encounter when he would just pee his pants, he would always ask. The daycare he attended before this one, I never had an issue with wet pants but in this daycare everyday they would give me soak in pee pants and sleeping bag. This tells me that the care providers did not even bother to take him to the restroom and he did not have access to toilet.
Each time they went outside to play before pickup I saw my son playing without a hat and it was cold outside.
When I had a tour of the daycare they said that my son will be in 2-3-year-old group. What turns out to be is they put all children in one group until they get more children to open up another groups. They forgot to mention that to me.
They said that they have a very strong educational program but my son only brought home one piece of paper with color pencils scrambled all over.
AFTER ALL THE CONCERNS I TOLD TO MANAGEMENT SHE JUST SMILED AND SAID THAT CANNOT BE TRUE (which made me mad because this tells me that she doesn’t care about my concerns).
The only reason we tried this daycare was because it was close to our home but we did not know it will turn out like this.
NO REFUND WAS GIVEN, they said you will loose the money if you don’t stay the rest of the month that was paid, which shows that they don’t care about kids but only money.
My child is more important and that’s why we RAN AWAY!!!
1)Teachers not paying attention to kids and rather gossip between one another
2) Children running around dirty and not properly dressed (Was cold outside)
3) Management refused to show proper accreditation of their teachers (Excuse was they are located at their other location, which clearly violates state laws
4) Money seems to be the most important factor to them
5) Playground is dangerously located on major intersection without proper safeguards. (God forbid car looses control and slams directly into playground)

This day care is disaster waiting to unfold.
