Really bad customer service. Early Monday morning on 7/1 I went to their website and picked out an arrangement I really liked and ordered it to be delivered on Tuesday. Got a call later in the day saying some of the flowers weren't in stock and it could take a week to get them. They should put that on their website so people don't waste their time.

I told them to make the best arrangement they could and to please send me a picture. They said they would. Around 11:30 am on Tuesday I hadn't heard from them so I called. Was told they were doing it right then. I asked again for a picture and they said they would. I asked when it would go out and they said around 12:30. At 2:15 I never got a pic. Tried to call them and it rang about 10 times and no one picked up and no voice mail.

Waited about 10 minutes and the same thing happened. No one picked up after about 10 rings and no voice mail. No idea what the flowers looked like and no idea if they went out. I called again Wednesday morning. Hung up after 5 rings. How a flower business doesn't have voice mail is inconceivable to me, especially if no one answers the phone. Sent an email 2 hours after that and never heard back.

24 hours after I sent the email, it bounced back as bad. Decided to file a report with the BBB. Several days later I got a reply back from the BBB. It said the email listed on their website was wrong and was the old owner and they gave me the email of the new owner. So, I emailed them. The next day, I finally got a call from the flower shop. She said she did send me a pic. Checked my inbox, spam folder and junk folder. Nothing in any of them.

Made sure they had my right email address. They did. Said she didn't know website hadn't been updated with new email address, which is odd considering she bought in back in February. I brought up all the times I tried to call with no one picking up or voice mail. Don't think she gave me a reply on that. The only way she knew to call me is because I filed a report with the BBB and got a reply back saying the email they had listed was bad and gave me the new one and I contacted them that way.

She said they'd send replacement flowers, which I greatly appreciated. I used to teach customer service all over the country and that's what I would have done. So, bravo for that. Also asked for a pic of the new flowers and she said she'd email me one. Never got a pic of the new flowers either and I checked my inbox, spam folder and junk folder. Nothing there. Don't know why she lied about that every time. Talked to my friend 2 days later and asked her about the replacement flowers.

Her exact words were, "They are f-ing ugly." I've probably sent her flowers 100 times over the past 20 years (5 times already this year) and she had never once said that before. Ever. She also said the delivery guy said, "I'm not allowed to ring your door bell" when I made sure he DOES ring the door bell so the flowers don't sit out in the heat. He did knock on the door but I have no idea why he thought he wasn't allowed to ring the bell when I made sure to ask that he did.

The card also didn't have my name on it so she had no idea who they were from. I emailed the flower shop about the "f-ing ugly" flowers 12 days later, no reply. This place is awful. My biggest mistake was not checking Yelp reviews first because this place had about EIGHT 1 star reviews in a row. So, it's not just me who thinks they are awful.
