A-Plus Contract Management Jim Sadler. We are one of the many that have been ripped off by Jim Sadler. He took possession of our Fleetwood Storm on Consignment/Exclusive Placement Agreement in June of 2014. He made payments in 2014,15 but by 2016 they were continually late. Always excuses most times of illness but for the past 4 months, he has not returned our calls.
We received notice of tolls not paid, and in December notice from DMV that drivers license would be revoked for no insurance on the RV. We had to put insurance on the RV to avoid loss of license.
Now our credit is ruined, we don't know where the RV is, he claimed to have satellite tracking on it but when I contacted the company big surprise no tracking lack of payment. We can't find Jim Sadler or our RV. Any suggestions on where to find him or effective way to proceed would be appreciated.
Jim Sadler presented to us that he was a legal corporation and signed contract as such. His contract stated Buyer/Purchaser will pay lien holder directly and then lists his personal wells fargo account, thereby committing fraud.
He took $10K down and we made monthly payments for 18 months only to be contacted by Wells Fargo to say they wanted their motor coach back. When confronted he responds with getting us another coach, same model same make and same year and was supposed to put the $30K toward this coach. He didn't and made no payments at all and the original borrowers wanted their coach back. Because he didn't have the right to sell it.

A-Plus Contract Management - Jim Sadler - took my 5th wheel and sold it in June 2017. The contract stated he would pay me $6K when sold. He did not tell me when he sold it. I found out because the 5th wheel went through a toll in Texas that was not paid. He finally told me he sold it and would send the money. He has not responded to me since August and now those buyers are not paying me either. This Jim Sadler is a snake, loser and dead beat. I hope he goes to jail for his fraudulent practices. I will gladly testify against him if anyone can find him and make something stick.
