Jim Sadler has scammed/ripped us off over $60,000+ please I am reaching out to everyone on here please contact me if you have a current picture of him. Please help us. Thank you so much
Jim was supposed to be selling our moterhome for us eight years ago. He sold it numerous times I was told and got big money up front from the buyer, And he was suppose to make the payments on time. The last three years have been a night mare. Our payments were not on time, which hurts our credit score. The last person he sold it to said he really sc@med him to go from tx to California. Saw the beautiful pictures we sent Jim before he picked our moterhome up I’m North Carolina eight years ago. That last man texted us and said he is putting no more money in this coach to come pick it up in Texas , you will pay 1500 a day for storage in a few days if not picked up. I have read many other peoples letters that have been scammed by Jim also. It is so sad to let this man do this to honest retired people , that have worked hard in their life’s. We owe a great amount on our coach, don’t know how to stop this man from scamming any more people. We must stop this as soon as possible ,he is out to get anyone. This is so sad what he has done to many people . That have wrote letters on line about his scam also. Let’s stop this now! Thank you this is what I have read on line and talked to some of the buyers. This is what happened to us. Any one that has been scammed by him, fell free to contact us. Let’s get this stopped
Jim Sadler scammed our family on a boat. He brokered the boat to a guy in New York . The guy in New York sent payments to Jim/A-Plus Contract management. He never made the payments to the bank. Now the guy in New York is hiding the boat from the bank and wont advise where it is until he gets his money back from Jim Sadler. The bank has file a law suit against me for the where about of the boat and the balance of the loan. Has anyone retained an attorney in Florida to go after this guy? If so I would like there information to go after Jim as well. I am in Texas.
He was supposed to sell my motor home but used it to steal good honest people. I just got back w/ 40000 more mile on it than when I consigned it to him to sell. [email protected]. If we could get all the people that he stole from together we could go after him?

Just got a notice that drivers license will be suspended because the RV has no insurance. Jim is always late with payments, but usually get them made, but now will not return our calls or emails. Would love to know your solution
This person has recently moved to Lampasas, Texas and purchased a property from Ronny Muse. The Facebook profile shows that he's building boats but I'm sure that it's just another scam like his other ventures. The man most recently swindled his 90 year old Father out of $100,000.00 and we are currently trying to find a way to have him prosecuted. I am not real internet savvy but please release all of this information to as many people as you can that he has hurt. Please help me put this piece of crap behind bars where he belongs.

We turned our rv over to Jim Sadler to sell for us. My husband has 3 different types of cancer and we are not able to pay for this rv.
Jim has not made a payment in over 8 months. We called him and told him we need to turn this rv in to the bank if he was not going to pay for it. He was supposed to have it so that the bank could pick it up, but now he will not return our calls.
We know at this point it has to be turned in.We are just trying to get an adddress where our rv is located. If anyone knows how to take care of this please contact me. I know we are not the only ones having this problem with him.

We we're on First coast news in Jax with our story. He's gotten away with this for too long. Please let's all get together and make sure he's never able to scam/rip anyone off again. He deserves to be in prison!!
We purchased an RV from Jim and in February 2016 it was repo'd Jim said let it go I will get you another one what do you want how big, gas or diesel... a wish list... he told us it would take some time to find what we wanted. then the calls just stopped and he has never returned our calls so we are out the deposit we paid and the 19 payments we made on time.... I can only hope someone has gotten to him. I had heard he opened another business in California doing the same thing...
Hope all of u who have been cheated by JIM have or will contact Marion County Florida Sheriff's Office. Many complaints have been filed and let them know. Many of us have filed complaints through their office. We lost thousands of dollars on one he was to sell for us. He literally destroyed it while lying to us many times.
Mr. Sadler (Broker), A-plus Contract management, took possision for my Holiday Rambler Implerial motorhone on 18 January 2016 for consignment to sell. It was to sell so that the loan would be satisified, any extra would be his commission. I was to continue to make payments until a buyer could be found.
A buyer was found and the motorhome was delivered to said buyer. Payments we made by the buyer for a period of 2 months. The contract states that in the event of the buyer fails to make payment the motorhome was to be repossed by the broker.
The buyer has failed to make payments, has refused to turn over the motorhome and the broker has also failed to make the payments. The buyer has asked for $25,000 to turn over the RV. The buyer was not a good risk for this RV.
One year later there is still no resolution. Broker has refused any contact. Refuses to return the down payment from the buyer. Buyer still refuses to state tghe location of the RV.
As above Jim Sadler came highly rated. I however would not agree with that after turning my RV over for him to sell.
He did find a buyer but Jim did not want to communicate with me after he turned my RV over to a buyer. The buyer made 2 payments and then did not pay anything. Jim's contract states that he would make the payments until a new buyer could be found. The RV's location is now unknown and the lien holder wants his money, without a RV I cant afford the payments any longer. As far as I am concerned A-plus Contract Management is a fraud. I would highly recommend not dealing with Jim Sadler in any business..

Jim sadler took my rv on consignment to find a buyer to take over payments to purchase the rv from me.
Have to call him every month several times to try and get him to forward their payment towards my loan. Mr. Sadler came highly recommended and now is defaulting on our contract agreement. He will not answer his phone at all to even discuss what the problem is. I feel like i'm getting ripped off by this man and his company. I also feel like the buyers have been getting ripped off also.
Could you please help me get this resolved?
I cannot afford to pay for this rv and need to find out what is going on.

I would very much like to speak to anyone who has gotten a bum rap from Jim Sadler.
Jim Sadler also took my RV on consignment to find a buyer. Had to start calling him because I was getting legal notices from the lienholder; finally, a repo agent called me wanting to repossess the RV, but I didn't even know where the RV was located. After calling law enforcement and the Attorney General's Office in Florida, he did make contact with me; said he was so sorry, it was all his fault, and a check is in the mail.
I may have a solution to our dilemma; please e-mail so I can tell you the steps I have taken.
