My fence was installed very poorly, the materials are falling apart. This company refuses to stand by their warranty. I was living in a different state at the time so he went to the residence and gave me an estimate without me there. We emailed back and forth, the assured me the had top of the line fencing.
I came to Florida a week after the fence was installed and they were PAID IN FULL only to see that the fence was some raggedy pre made panels what looked like I could go to Home Depot to purchase. Most of the boards were cracked and half of the screws were missing, my fence was sagging and just looked absolutely HORRIBLE.
I called the company to get a refund so I could hire someone else as now I do not trust them and they argued with me and the owner cursed at me and told me I was out of my f*cking mind. I just want my money back and this fencing gone. They have horrible customer service and they are LIARS they did not install what I signed a contract for and I will be seeing them in civil court for my money back!!!
