1st of all I had a very nice vehicle in working condition that had no kind of mechanical issues , why did I sell that car to provide more room for my children ? Thats where this nightmare began, traveling with 2 car seats and 1 booster seat with 2 additional kids , can take up alot of space , so i shopped around , A & G, friendly and easy service will get you into a vehicle in no time as long as you have the down payment , they are willing to rip you off. They will sell you a car/truck claiming not to know the diagnostic problems on the vehicle, and when you break down less than a month later , they tell you thats what comes with buying a used vehicle and it may not be covered under the warranty which only covers 50% of the problem on the vehicle you just financed from them , not to mention check out fees , from thier unreliable , overcharge shabby work Xpert repair shop ,but they are so kind if you cant afford to fix your vehicle they are willing to finance your 1/2 0f the repairs for the vehicle you got from them within 30 days , and best believe you better have that money for your car payment even though you lost wages not being able to attend work for not having transportation , not to mention if you spent money on a tow truck and contemplating on a car rental.
your better off buying a car off the street , at least you wont have to hear about a "warranty" that's only designed to help them , if you have major problems with a new used vehicle less than 30 days or alittle bit over 30 days and the company that sells/finance it to you charge you to diagnose it through their "xpert" repair shop ,to then send it to the actual dealer to get the news you have to spend thousands of dollars out of your pocket , which if you had you would have never did business with a scumbag used dealership to begin with, I compare A & G auto sales with an Unhealthy domestic abused filled relationship , like an abusive boyfriend that's a cop, its all good in the beginning , but in no time the 1st hit then before you know it your a punching bag, and with the warranty the law is on their side , so they have the license to ruin people lives with bad cars , bad service , bad business practices ... if 1 person complains , its a possibility , if 2 people complain its still a possibility, 3 or more makes it official and A& G has over 10 bad reviews , I have been to the lot with complaints and seen irate customers leaving in hand cuffs SMH ! Whos going to stand up for the hard working citizens thats getting taking advantage of by a company with a reputaion to do bad business , I Serverly wished I did a research on the company before I purchased from them , but I hope my reveiling my situation saves some one the pain and suffering my family and I have unfairly experienced
