Scam alert. Beware of the owners listed on BB as: "MOE GAHVACHI" and " MAHIN FAKHIMI-SADEGHI"
This guy is a scam. We filed for BOC-3 on his website more than a week ago, where he advertises on Google and claims he files within 5 minutes but its been 8 days and nothing has been filed. We tried calling his office, he never answers the phone. Does not reply back to email.
I do not understand how does the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration even allows this person to be listed on their website as a process agent? I will file a complaint with the FMCSA as well for allowing this person to scam people under a Federal agency such as them.
I also looked him up online. Apparently, his name is Moe Gahvachi and there are a ton of similar complaints against him for scamming people and being a scam artist by taking people's money without providing a service.
