A1 Property Management of Conifer, Colorado owns a property in Bailey, Colorado in Friendship Ranch Estates. This is a residential home setting in Park County, Colorado. This company has allowed a renter at this address to operate a full scale recreational vehicle remodeling company at this residential address. There have been over 15 rvs being remodeled on this site in the last 90 days. It has made our life a living hell.
They paint the rvs in the open air 30 feet from my sons bedroom window whom has asthma, they store barrels of hazardous chemicals in a storage trailer 30 feet from my bedroom window with no regard for safety or how chemicals are being stored together illegally, there are tractors and heavy equipment trailers in the front yard, they have built large illegal storage structures on the front of the home making it an eyesore for the neighborhood,
they work on these rvs seven days a week with no regard for the noises, vibrations, and odors that emit from the work being done on this property.
We have asked the homeowner to move this operation to a commercial setting and he refuses. We have asked A1 Mountain Property Management to make this illegal operation stop and they refuse to do anything or return phone calls. Would the owner of this property feel that this will increase or decrease the value of the home being managed by A1?
All of the items mentioned are against Park County Code and a formal complaint has been filed at the County Planning Division. We as homeowners should not have to take our time to make this illegal action go away. The renter and the management company have put my home and family at risk and should be held accountable. We ask that this commercial operation beside our home to cease and move their operation. We will be suing for legal expenses incurred because of this action.
