His actions appeared suspicious as though he was attempting to instigate provocation . Or to use a cause and effect type of recation ? He went into the men's locker room, I was in the process of shaving. He then appearted to walk in a squat like position with his zipper done. Then prior to leaving he called and yelled out my first name. He asked are you almost done first name blared out in the men's locker room. This was on March 28,2016. That same day it also appeared suspicious : A.K.A. Alex. Described as a male Hispanic adult went to the area where I was shaving tilted his head in a slant with a smirk on his face. Now if the lame duck and empty suit managers left a foot note then the subordinats don't comply isn't this grounds for termination. Are they suppose to work with best efforts? California Labor Code:2924 ? Isn't the managers required to work and show reasonable care? California Labor Code:2800? To not treat people like you want to be treated . Case and point,how does not treating a customer like you would like to be treated coincide with what Jesus stated? Treat people like you want to be treated. It does not. So I should be able to get reimbursed. I paid :$165.00 plus:$20.00 to add a female friend. I actuality its service not rendered. I will not stop writing this company up. Next: A.K.A. Alex, the at will employee physical trainer on previous occassions would attempt to slap my shoulder. Is this in his employee hand book ? Or did the franchise owner tell him to use selective enforcement. For constructive discharge? How does these actions coincide with a Christian friendly environment ?
