Asian Indian using alias name pretended to be a Window-certified technician and told me my computer had problems. They convinced me to let them in to show me what was wrong (but displayed fake data). I believed them and signed up for 3 years coverage at $349 and a year later (using their services a couple times), $249 for software coverage. But I realized after reading about computer scams that I had been had and reported them to my credit card company in hopes of a refund.
I then had actual real Windows people clean my computer to remove anything they downloaded onto it. They took me for narly $600 and almost got away with it (if I get my refunds).
