Vivid Racing sent me a cracked Carbon Fiber hatch. Product was not packaged properly and was sticking outside of the box upon delivery. No delivery notes were made. (I was not home to recieve the delivery).
Vivid gave me the run around for 2 months before deciding not to either accept the part as a return, or just refund me. I purchased this part through the service, Affirm. After Vivid gave me a final response of nothing being done, I filled a Billing Claim with my bank, Wells Fargo.
They proccessed it and refunded me only my first and only 2 payments I made through Affirm. Affirm is still contacting me for the rest of the payments I did not make, that my bank states I do not need to pay.
I purchased a Kraftworks supercharger kit with the AEM ECU. When the shop did the installation the AEM ECU was defective. Vivid racing didn't offer to exchange the ECU. I purchased a new AEM ECU and Vivid racing refused help in any way.
I was stuck with a bad ECU and out $1600.00 for the new ECU. WAIT... It gets worse... I purchased a $700 clutch kit and after ~ 200 miles it started slipping and I'm fighting with Vivid Racing to help out with getting it replaced. Guess what? they are refusing to help AGAIN.
Vivid Racing Long story short, bought 1695.00 for headers, I never was told they were on back order and I might get them in ten to twelve weeks. And if I didn't receive them I would have to wait an additional unspecified time to get a refund. Next on rip off reports! A company that keeps your money, does not deliver, and gives you the run around by sending emails, Simply put they'll hold on to that money until you find you may never get it back without a fight.
