Ate at Viva Jalisco on Veterans Memorial for the second and last time. Flies were over bearing, found a long hair in my meal after eating half of it (GROSS). The waitresses tried to explain the flies by saying it is because the front door opens/closes. I haven't seen such a thing in other restaurants with doors! Other answer could be maggots in the kitchen creating more flies. Waitresses seem a bit distant and are very short on smile/friendliness. When I went to pay no mention of a courtesy meal or discount. When I asked to speak to the manager he told them to tell me he was busy (there were only 8 customers in the restaurant), bad customer service move. All in all one of the worst eating experiences of my 58 years! I was hoping for much more as it is close to our offices.
