The product is called Vitiligo Cover Lotion. I watched the video on how to apply the product. It is a "glorified" version of the 1960's self tanning lotion that was put out by Coppertone. It gives your skin a horrible yellow/orange tone. My boyfriend asked me what happened to my hands/arms, plus he told me that I smelled like an old rusty wet car. It stained my washclothes and towels for 4 days. I gave it a second chance using less of the product - which was a big mistake. It was no better than the first application! I purchased it using my PayPal account. I filed a dispute through PayPal - however, they did not resolve it in my favor. Nathalie has a customer review page. However, it is not designed as Amazon or Trip Advisor is - where the comments come directly from the customer - which are both positive and negative comments. Nathalie posts what she wants to post on the customer reveiw page - the customer does not have that option. She has total control of her webpage. I contacted Nathalie by email and phone asking for a refund of the product stating that I understood if she would not refund the shipping charge. Under no circumstances would they consider a refund. I spent a total of $47 for this product and it isn't worth 47 cents.
