Vital Recovery Services will not give me any documentation of debt from BMW. I have asked verbally 4 times as of today. They told me they don't receive any kind of documentation and they don't need back up information to collect debt. Agent actually said "do you really think a multi million dollar company is trying to screw you over". I feel it is my right to see any debt owed by me, I don't think it is unreasonable request. They said if they have to request information, they will not be able to "cut me a deal". I have done some research on this company and they have several complaints for samething. I will be requesting no more phone calls from them and all future correspondence thru writing. Thank you Tina

When a consumer requests documentation to validate the debt, Immediately the request is made to the client for the information requested. As for the employee being verbally abusive, this is next to impossible, As employees are monitored on every call by a compliance team as well as the Client.
