Scott (or Allan) Karosa is a thief. His only desire is to receive income from whatever investment pays him the most and doesn't give a d**n what happens to your investment. He recommended various investments to me, explained why they were going to be good investments, and thankedme when I wrote a check to TriStar Management for him to invest.
I don't care what you are talking to Scott Karosa about. He may sell you insurance, and then give you advice on investments for your future. Do Not purchase anything from Karosa; Do Not invest in anything that Karosa recommends to you.
Karosa is not licensed by FINRA, the Securities & Exchange Commission and, may not be licensed in Nevada to sell insurance.
Remember when the "Great Recession" started in 2008...well, that was Karosa's downfall also. He was operating a scheme of robbing Peter to pay Paul. The problem was that he wasn't using his own money...he was using his customer's money.

Scott Karosa represents that TriStar is a company that works together and believes in team work. He lies, he cheats, he will promise anything that he believes that a person wants to hear. Then he set out to avoid keeping all promises that are made, if it costs him money. Mr. Karosa drafts contracts and never signs them, because he belives that if he does not sign them, then he does not have to be liable for the promises that he makes. He operates a Mortgage Company with out any qualifying employee, he pays non-licensed people to generate loans. He is involved in Property Managements but, does not have anyone who is licensed in the field handling the properties. He pays real estate commissions to non-licensed agents. He kicks people out of the home and then throws all their property into dumpsters and has it hauled away. He screams at employees, his mouth is that of a sewer rat. I entered into a contract where he was to help me to stop a foreclosure. Instead he stole my house, and then threw my property into dumpsters and refused to allow me to retain my property. Just like he had done to others. I am not the only one that has been damaged
I have personally witnessed Scott Karosa of Tri-Star Managment and Tri-Star Lending, in Las Vegas, Nevada, lose complete control of himself, and pick up a 40 pound printer and aim it straight at my son't head and throw it as hard as he could.
That was followed by boxes of mortgage files, a hard drive, boxes of material, and plastic file holders. He took the file holders in his hands and smashed them and then stomped on them. This is all after he had a screaming, cursing fit in our office for over 20 minutes, unable to calm himself down. In the past two weeks I have seen him berate vendors and employees repeatedly, and then turn around and act as though he has done the world a favor. Something is wrong with this man. If he makes an offer to "acquire" your company, run far, far away and don't look back. Unfortunately, I still trust and believe in people, so I assumed that those other people who wrote reports must have deserved it, but I was far wrong. He is vicious. Watch out.
