So we are not the only ones! We bought our third Trendmaker house this time in Cross Creek Ranch in Fulshear, TX. Both previous homes were owned by a different company. Now they are owned by TRI Pointe Group which is the company that owned them when we purchased the brand new home. Have had multiple big problems like A/C, water heater, roof, window leaks, tiles in the master bathroom falling off the walls, and drainage issues from the back yard. Now it has been a year dealing with these problems and yes they were placed into customer care the first month and they have not been fixed. I have been dealing with Andria James the customer care manager after dealing with multiple customer care reps and still have not had everything fixed. Now they are saying that I have broken the warranty rules after a year of it being in the system. So now they have found a loop whole to not do the work. Don't buy from them!!! Yes the house are beautiful, but the actual work done is sub par. The home next door is a Perry Home and they have had minor issues such as nail pops and grout fills. Again I have had the same problems I just don't consider those being big issues. Please under stand that if anything changes I will keep this post updated. I thought the new owner would keep the same outstanding customer service, but I guess bonuses are more important than the customer.
