I signed up for TorrShield's VPN service in September 2016 and ran into some trouble installing it on my laptop. I contacted support on September 3, 2016, requesting a refund as it was too difficult to install. I was not contacted within the two hours as promised on their website. I received an email acknowledging receipt of my email but no follow up response.
I became very upset to receive on December 3, 2016 an email thanking me for payment of another quarter. Of course this greatly infuriated me as they did not even sufficiently respond to my first email contact on September 3, 2016. I sent a very angry email in portest on December 5, 2016. Again, TorrShield sent an email acknowledging receipt of my email of protest. I sent another email to their posted email address at [email protected] but it could not be sent as the email address was not accepting emails.
I also tweeted my protest on December 5, 2016. No response by TorrShield. The lack of response and the very little information causes me to believe if this is truly a legitimate business. I am just infuriated that I have spent $53.90 with absolutely nothing received from TorrShield VPN.
