I ordered a Coach "Edie" pink leather purse from topsclassical.com. The purse arrived and appeared to be a Coach purse with the cloth cover and tags, however the style was completely different from the one I ordered. It's a different shade of pink and I'm not even sure it's leather. There is no contact information on the website other than to send information through their form. There was an email address, [email protected], on the order confirmation and I did get a response from that email, but no contact information for returning the purse and getting a refund. They said I could get a discount on my next purchase. Definitely a scam. If it looks too good to be true, it is.
I received an e-mail sale offer from what appeared to the a Coach Store. I ordered 2 purses on April 18th. I received a confirmation number from them on April 21st. At that same time, I wrote the e-mail address asking for information on a return policy. I received no answer back to my question. I called Coach and confirmed that this company is not an authorize Coach supplier. I immediately e-mailed the company and told them to cancel order. They said it was too late and goods had already been shipped. I contacted my bank immediately and disputed the charge. The company has still failed to give me a return policy statement and, upon receiving my e-mails disputing charges, has stopped communicating with me. I highly suspect the purses are knock-offs.
