I read an article on a skin care line that was supposedly introduced and owed by Joanna Gaines (which I now know is a scam and a lie) and wanted to try it out since it was only $4.95 x 2 (since I got 2 products). No where during the check out did it mention any additional charges would be made, nor did it even advise of a trial period or that the products needed to be returned. The confirmation e-mail I received only showed tracking number and the phone number for customer service- NOTHING ELSE- I got the products 2 days ago and noticed today that they charged my account $89.95 before I even received the products in the mail. I called customer service today and they advised the $89.95 was for the prodcuts and their subscription plan (which I never agreed to and they cannot prove other wise). I cancelled the subscription plan and was giving a return address to return the products too. I haven't gone to the post office yet, but I am out essentially $20 for a product that I have used twice (1 day). What a theif this company is. It was against my better judgement too. These people deserve to be sued for all they have. SCAMMERS!!!! I will be contacting my bank to charg back the 2 $4.95 charges as well since it was for a trial that I did not get to use. Though it's a small amount, it's about principle.
